Adding browse fields to the browse profiles search

Hello,

I'm trying to add some more browsing capabilities to the browse section of searching profiles.  I have some predefined lists setup and just need to know how to implement them.  Any insight is appreciated.

I'll bump this too. Is there any documentation on this software? This seems like a pretty basic feature.
