Adding countries back to predefined list

We pared our contries list down to just North American countries, but would like to add back all the countries that came with the standard installation. Is there something I can copy and paste (a file or SQL inserts) rather than tediously adding them in one at a time through the Admin panel?

Found it -- sys_pre_values table. :)
