Adding credits or a scheme to grant users a free service "X" times

Hello,

I've created a membership site.  For my "promotional" members (set to never expire), I would like to grant them the ability to do something like to be able to send 3 emails per month.  I can swear I saw something in the control panel that would allow to set something like that up and configure a chron job for it, but now can't find it.

Any ideas how I could set something like this up?

You can manage permissions from Administration > Settings > Membership Levels > [Membership Level]. You can click on one of the listed permissions to bring up more options, including the number of allowed actions within a period of time.
