Adding info in file manager

Hi,

I'm trying to add info to the site from the file manager in cpanel. I'm looking for the header and footer to add something so it will show up on the site at the top and bottom of page but, can't find where. Does anyone know in what file this can be done?

/templates/base/_sub_header.html

/templates/base/_sub_footer.html

/templates/tmpl_evo/_sub_header.html

/templates/tmpl_evo/_sub_footer.html
