Additional Fields

Thet sign-up page only has a field for "man seeking woman" or "woman seeking man". How can I create additional fields? Like "Networking" or "Friends"

That is a gender only section that D uses for searches based on gender.  You can create an additional field called Looking_For_1 and add the potential responses to that field.  If you set the sex/gender field to multiple selector then your members can choose both genders and in the Looking_For_1 field they can then select the type of relationship/goal they have for the site.
