Admin Mass Email/Message Not Working

Can anyone enlighten me on (possible reasons) why my admin mass messenger does not send emails/messages out?

cron job would be one reason

additionally try some other smtp script and see if you can send mail out on that server. if mail goes out with some other mail script, then i would research your cron jobs.

I have the same problem too but All my scripts work and send messages except the admin mass mail

Can you please tell me how could i fix it , where can i find cron jobs as mentioned and what to do

I have: the Send emails from queue, it happens every cron execution (5m-1h): set to 5 ( does 5 means every 5 emails sent every time)

Enable new message notifications: shall i check this one

every 5 mins I alway get this email message when i send admin mass mail:
