Admin Memebrship Levels?

IF I want to change the membeship level of a Member which is essential, I go to the members edit profile page and under status I do not see membership option I only see if I can activate or deactivate the membership is there a block i am missing.  I want to be able to change or upgrade ceratin people's membership levels that I know use to be there but now appears to not be there? 

I looked back at one of my posts and found the picture I posted with a "membership block," However that mebership block no longer exists has something changed for versions?  See Pick........

Changing memberships is not in the profile fields in 7.0.7

Look in page builders. On the Profile Edit page. There should be a Edit Membership Level page block in the second column last item.

Its just not there on my main site and on the second site the option is there...........when you edit a profile........But I do not see it in the page blocks on either?  WT>>>>>>>>.

What version of dolphin is the main site running, and provide a screen shot of the Profile Edit page in page builder.

Include all areas in the screenshot. Active and inactive sections.

I got it Deano I changed the edit profile to one column and the block is looking right at me in the second column I will move the block and that should do it.........
