Admin Panel Problem (with plugin window)

I don't know why, but in my admin panel the Ray Plugin link shows as "javascript void".  This window will not pop up so I can edit Ray plugin settings.  It used to work with no problem.  Any ideas?

That's ironic,

Because my Ray Suite opens up into a completely blank screen (completely white)
