Admin Promo is offset to right and unusable.

Hi I need help please as my Admin basic settings Promo / Use Image Reloader/ Use custom html block is offset far right and unusable and I need to use it. I don't know how to find out why or how to fix it.

Its a float problem. Did you try it in firefox?

its my browser and I'm using FF.. Can see it fine in IE which is odd.
