Admin priileges reduced - Locked out of Dolphin

I have accidently reduced the privileges for standard member which is what the admin used as default. The result is i have locked myself out of the Admin panel as i am unable to log in as Admin.

Also what would be my Canvas Callback URL

Memebrship privileges can't influence on admin login. Plz specify the whole set of ur actions.
