Admin privilege reduced

Hi, I have unintendingly reduced the privileges and am unable to log in as an Admin.

How can I rectify this?

Also.... as an extra can you tell me where I will find my Canvas URL within Dolphin for face book?

You'll have to go database diving for this one.

Navigate to your database, Profiles, and select to edit the table containing your account. Edit the "Role" field and enter "3". Save your changes and empty the contents of the ./cache and ./cache_public directories (keeping the .htaccess file intact).

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know the answer to your second question.
