There are only 3 easy ways I know of:
1. There is the Banner area in Admin
2. You can add an HTML Block just about anywhere
3. You can use the DB ADVERTS ADMINISTRATION and add an AD Blocks just about anywhere

pour le "1" et "2" on ne peut pas integrer des annonces google vu que ce n'est pas de l'HTML

We use Adsense in HTML blocks with no problems, I don't know how this will be posted but hopefully you get the idea. This is for a responsive, asynchronously loading ad unit constrained to rectangles.

You can also add Adsense to your article templates etc so that you get ads inserted directly into your content. Not being clever with that stuff we paid providers to do it. ;)

However if you are adding the content yourself then you can easily embed your Adsense code into the articles, blog posts etc. We use a float so that the ads are fully embedded into the content for higher CTR.

Pour ajouter Google Adsense sur votre site, vous devez aller dans l'administration, outils, bannières, et y placer votre bloc code Google Adsense où tout autres bannière où code html. 

Vous avez la possibilité de mettre l'Url de la page sur laquelle vous voulez que votre bannières s'affiche, si vous laissez l'espace Url vide, elle s'affichera sur toutes les pages du site.

Vous pouvez mettre plusieurs bannières les unes sous les autres en faisant un même bloc.

 

Pour l'ajout de code adsense dans video/ sounds / event... il faudra aller dans l'administration et builder puis ajouter un bloc html dans les modules concernés
