Advanced settings not working after upgrade to 7.2

Upgrade from 7.1.6 to 7.2 all went fine. All instructions followed.

Admin panel advanced settings won't expand. Have tried changing template to Uni (the template after upgrade was Evo) but this has no affect on admin panel functions. When I hover over the drop down arrow the cursor changes from an arrow to a finger but nothing occurs when the arrow is clicked.

Can I get some advice on how to fix this please?

Everything else seems to be working ok so far. 7.2 looks good.

Also lost my basic settings splash message. I can fix this but some forewarning would be good so that custom splash could be saved to a file before upgrade.

Thanks for steering me in the right direction camperjz.

It took a bit of mucking around but caching was the right area to look at.

Could not delete that old TMD template though. Haven't used it for a few years but had not deleted it. Even though deletion is confirmed in admin panel the template is still there.

I can access advanced settings in admin panel now.

I cleared my browser cache, compiled languages and then cleared site cache but no success. I then cleared my Cloud flare cache, turned off caching in admin panel and cleared the cache again. This worked so thanks again.

For some reason I have lost drop downs in deanos tools now but it seems to be template and cache related so will persist
