after you changed your IP on your hosting service? because quite frankly, your hosting service IP should in most cases not have any bearing on your RMS access. did you change the IP of RMS? was RMS installed on the machine you are running, or was RMS remote? also, in your flash apps on RMS, its most likely that the RMS was binding to the IP you were running on, so if you forfieted that IP, or changed it as you state, then you need to ensure that your RMS is actually running on the server, then make sure the IP is correct in the config of the apps on RMS. My RMS was installed and working before I only change the IP address for my site everything else is the same.I have different IP for my server and the RMS is working with port 5080 http://inim.com:5080 I had duble check the instructions of installing RMS with this instruction: http://www.boonex.com/n/Can_t_connct_to_RMS_SOLVED_ It may be that this tutorial its to old and that maybe new one? |
changing your IP should not affect your RMS, if you hadnt changed the IP of the RMS installation. if your flash app settings are correct, and you have the correct ports, and your domain is in the access.dat file, then you should be good to go.
