After clean install 7.0.5 promo not changeble to html

I think the header says enoch..

I test this in Firefox, Chrome and Opera.  I can't choose the Html block. Only upload promo

to make it clear:  I can only choose for the flash promo.
"Use custom HTML block " is there but not clickable.

i have applied the custom html block for the promo, added html and an image from an outsource, and all seems to be working.

It is there for me but I did find that the editor does not fill the available window.

I don't know if this could have anything to do with the issues others are seeing, but I included a screen shot of what I am seeing.

The red arrow indicates the open area where the text editor just stops. It isn't filling correctly. It was the same in IE8 and Chrome

I don't know why this is not working in three browsers , but in IE 9 I can do it. Only the screen is broken on the right of the screen. Look the screenshot.

 

Into other browsers I can't select it.

Alright ... This may seem crazy .. But why dont you try to clear the cash of dolphin and the clear your browser cash and let me know what happens

Well nothing changes. I have this already from version 7.0,.5 and also in a fresh installation of version 7.0.6  
What I say before, all three existing browers have the same problem (Chrome-Firefox and Opera). Only IE9 let me change this for now.  Cache is clear after every change that will be done on the site.
