Album names contain '

Can someone either point me to the resolution or let me know what to edit. I remember this being solved for me many moons ago, but I cna't find the topic. Member Names for Albums etc. have 's at the end as in

Sydeburnz (slash)'s Photos

I believe this issue involves having magic_quotes_gpc disabled in your PHP configuration (going off memory here).

While it fixed some it didn't fix all. I have cleared cache etc. I just seem to recall we needed Houston(?) to tell us the added behavioral problem and the right size banana to fix it .. blah. It was fixed, I dumped 7 > Patches to track down that silly Groups issue and realize this is back .. bleh .. which makes it a bug  maybe ?
