All photos & functionality of site crashed on upload of AJAX photo mod

I don't want to name the mod as it may reflect badly upon the delveloper even though it is not their fault, this is just a general trouble shooting issue.

I uploaded a mod folder into the Modules folder via my FTP and then installed it in the back end of my site admin.

As soon as I did this all of the photos within my site crashed along with pretty much all functionallity of the admin section, modules and the site.

I uninstalled the mod and removed the folder via my FTP, but still all of the above stated are not working.

What are some other things I may need to do to completly rid my site of this mod?

Or have I made a big boo boo?

Appreciate any advice. I have messaged the deleloper of the mod, but I have no idea how long it may take to get a response. I need to restore my sites functionality ASAP.

p.s. No css changes were required to install the mod. It was a simple install of just uploading the folder.

Why you didn't ask it from module's vendor?
