I only have 800 something lines on this file.

Aynone now where to set

mysql.connect_timeout =

memory_limit =

I found this here at mrpowless site and I could not locate the settings at /inc/header.inc.php

by the way, I have D 6.1.6

Those settings are in the php.ini file.
