Not sure if it's the problem, but you have your google analytics tracking code added after the closing body and html tags.

Try moving the code up before them wherever you have added the analytics code footer/sub_footer/etc.

currently you have:
</body>
</html>
-Google Analytics code here

Try:
-Google Analytics code here
</body>
</html>

Clear cache after doing so.

Otherwise make sure you are not missing a closing span or div tag possibly.
