Any better Hosting company that HFW?

I've been with HFW for two years, and their customer service is well bellow par. Currently, I'm re-building by new site because they never backed up my site for the whole week for my restoration request, which initially was caused by their server problem and ended up migrating my site to another server after a week of guiding their tech guys where the problem was. I have had few time where by they didn't have backups for my restoration requests. I heard a lot of complaints in various forums about their unqualified tech support. So, here I am searching for another better hosting company that has all the min. requirements for Dolphin to run. If there is any suggestion from anyone, I would be grateful. Thanks, Z.

You will have to ask about backups though. I do mine myself to make sure i have them.
