Any difference between free and paid?

Is there any difference in the editability and ability to customise the script in the paid and free versions, because i currently have the free version and it has several issues, like sub categories not deleting, membership levels not working properly or is this just an issue with 7? should i use 6.1?

The only difference is the following:

Free: link-backs on web site and Flash applications

Paid: no link-backs for the duration of the license

No Difference. The payed licenses are to remove the boonex ads.
