Any ideas what this error means??

I am getting this error when trying to connect to my site:

dplant, you posted a similar inquiry March 9, where it was suggested that you contact the theme author and have him explain the error.

were you not able to get in touch the templates author? is this a purchased template, because this is not a free template and that is most likely why you are getting the /security.txt unable to stream error?

Hi yeah sorry but I did not take this further because it had been ok for about 3 weeks?

Until recently so I contacted the seller of the template and they gave me a new BxDolPageViewAdmin.php file and I placed this into the  /inc/classes folder . Thought that had sorted this and yes this error message was fixed! But shortly after the whole site was running high processes and basically I could view vids, pics and tracks in view all, but that that was it!

Tried joining or enetering and actually viewing the videos,pics or tracks and it just freezes up and shows a constant loading symbol? Cannot navigate the site at all and occassionally get this new error:

Basically after replacing the BxDolPageViewAdmin.php file my site is unworkable for users and even the backend, wont let me log in???

My hosting company and masterthemes are passing me from pillar to post!!

Really stuck with this! It's a new site and just starting to gain momentum, really cheesed off :(
