Anybody else have this problem?

If I paste a youtube link in the box and click "continue" nothing will happen. If click once somewhere around continue button like and inch or so to the right then I can then click "continue" and proceed to the next step. I had the same problem at the Boonex 7.0.1 test site.

Just tried on my site.

That doesn't even work for me. Looks like YouTube has a different format for the embed code that the Dolphin script doesn't recognize.

So, if you enter this code = http://www.youtube.com/v/yK8i0vEyRUQ&hl    Nothing happens!

If you enter this code = http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_AANZvYn5uk  It's fine!

Weird?  Or am I missing something?

I'm not sure where your getting http://www.youtube.com/v/yK8i0vEyRUQ&hl  from.

But on the new Youtube if you click the share button you get the proper code/link

You don't get the code by clicking Share.

You get the code by clicking Embed. You then get this (example) which does not work :

<object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/1e2SsGzs-lE&hl=en_US&fs=1&rel=0"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/1e2SsGzs-lE&hl=en_US&fs=1&rel=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object>

No you don't use embed code. Use the URL like the example boonex gives you.

Some day soon, there may be problems.  Youtube is changing the format of their page urls: http://apiblog.youtube.com/2010/03/upcoming-change-to-youtube-video-page.html

I don't  know if the way dolphin parses the url to generate the embed code will be compatible with the new format.... I guess we'll find out.

My opinions expressed on this site, in no way represent those of Boonex or Boonex employees.
