Anyone know how to suspend a profile

I thought there was an option for the member to suspend his/her account in the membership area but it is not showing up.  I don't know if that is a block I accidently deleted?  I looked through all the builder pages and don't see it.

Actually, I really want them to be able to hide themselves from other members but still be able to access their email etc.

Builders/Pages Builder => Account

Member Info block need to be Active and Visible for members

If they suspend their account they will not be able to access their e-mail as you can not do anything with a suspended account beyond unsuspend it.
