Article and PHP Block

I've installed the "Ultimate Article" module located here: http://www.boonex.com/m/Ultimate_Articles

And I also made the PHP Block mod located here:  http://www.boonex.com/m/Add_PHP_Block_to_Page_Builders_

Both mods are working great, but I am trying to get the PHP Block to show any RECENT ARTICLE from a particular member (admin).

How can I pull an article from only one member and have it show up in the PHP Block?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Unless the ultimate articles module provides a function to extract one article and display it properly formated then you would have to create the needed function to extract it from the database yourself.

You should contact the author of the ultimate articles module for help.

Because you are trying to extract information from the database that does not belong to a default boonex module it limits the number of people that can help you to a very small percentage that happen to own a copy of that module. Given the fact that doing it also requires that the person be a php developer limits the number of people who can help even further.

We currently have the author working on some cusctomization to this module with a similar but more complicated functionality -  the abillity to have blocks placed on any page we wish that pull articles from any category we wish. with a fresh new formatting.... Sooooo looking forward to seeing the results...... jerome..... lol.....   : )
