Articles and Video recording

Question one

Can a regular user add articles to the site or is that option just for admin?

Question two.

I can't seem to find the option to record a video, where is it hiding?

Question one: no only admins can write in the default version.  If you want to give users write possibiltys you need a modification. There is one in the market called Articles_ultimate.
