As Admin, I Can't Change My Avatar!

How embarrassing!  Where and how do I do it?  Your explanation might leave me to a blank page. 

Put your mouse over the dashboard icon (Account) in the main menu of your website and choose Avatar. Upload, crop, and add avatar.

You can also choose a picture you have already uploaded as your Avatar. Simply open the picture and choose 'Set as Avatar' under the actions block.

I have the same problem , the option is simply not there

I fixed it, i had not installed the modules .
