Attaching file in Orca form

Is there a way to attach a file to Orca Form like we have here in Unity?

I found the form here very user friendly and I'm wondering if there a way to levarage it at Orca.

this is included in the new 7.0.3 update, it's just like this forum, with the attachments option..
