Authorize.net and Subscription Management

Ideally wanted to use Authorize.net as my gateway ... but I am not able to get the memberships to upgrade from default to the users choice on joining.  Paypal though works like a champ ...

Any notes on specific settings within Authorize.net or elsewhere to allow this to work?

Yup ... was all over the forum hunting down a resolution.  Haven't found anything relevant.  Have been trying to get the module developer to respond for a few weeks ... no luck their either.

I'm available for support, but have been away.  Canadian thanksgiving :)
