Auto QR Code Generator

Is anyone aware of anything that can auto generate a QR code for a page.  IOW the page would come down be read by the generator and create the code and produce the picture..................When you have over 100,000 plus pages this could be very helpful...........................I got the manual thing down need to be auto generated as the page is called......................

Thats interesting. I like the whole QR code thing. I am playing with the idea of placing QR codes on signs for individual parking spaces. they could read it with their IPhone and be taken to a payment page for the space....
