Automatic memberships for woman

Hi, i check in the forum but i don't found any answert...

I see a lot of other site have automatic membership level if the member it's a woman.

I will like to do the some, so if the new member is a woman, she will be setting in automatic and free to gold level and a popup windows tell she this think...

I hope to explain me good, and i hope can be a solution...

Hello!

I don't know how to do that but I would like to do the same, more or less, except that instead of women I would like couples to have a different profile status, instead of standard. If anyone can help I will be really happy.
