I may be missing something somewhere.  When a member uploads a new avatar, it deactivates their profile until I can approve them again... Please tell me how to shut this moderation off.  Thank you

administration/settings.php?cat=6

do you mean:

$mixedCategory = 0;

should read

$mixedCategory = 6;

That is all I can find in the settings.php that comes close

admin... section ->settings---> Moderation Settings

administration/settings.php?cat=6    that's the direct link.
