Avatar Cropping Size

Hi

I am wondering if anyone face the same problem. When users member already uploaded the photos, it goes to the Avatar which in turns need to crop the size of the image before it can be set as Avatar.

But when I try to pull the cropping size, it doesn't allow the new user to do it. How can that be changed?

The size of the cropping square cannot be changed, only moved. The avatars are a fixed image size, so the cropping square is also fixed.
