Avatar Module Failed, There are errors in the following MySQL queri

Hi,

I'm having some problems with my Avatar Module. I can't get it to work, and I don't know how to fix this problem. I installed the module, and perhaps installed it wrong the first time, but when I uninstalled it, it remains visible on my site, but not in the modules list. Can anyone lend a helping hand? I have Dolphin 7.0.6. When I try to install it, I get this error...
