Avatar Page keeps spinning and spinning

I am having an issue with the Avatar page. Every time I go to it, I get a constant spinning icon over the current Avatar picture.

If I try to change it to one of the Site Avatars, I get a constant spinning over the "Choose Avatars" text.

Any ides, this is annoying, and causing members to think they need to wait for something.
