Avatar/Profile Picture embeded in Email and Event

Hi,

sorry if it has been posted before, but could not find it.

I have to questions:

1) Is it possible to include/show  the avatar/profile picture (any of those, whatever is easier) of the member that sends and email to other member´s "normal" mail (not site mail, but hotmail or gmail), like for example, having the "Friend Request" email showing the picture of the member that does the invitation (they do say an image is worth a thousand words ...)

2) We had a template (do not know where exactly, have to search it..lol) that would automatically  send an email to all members when a new event is posted; we would like to re-instate that (if we find it...) but also with the event's photo inside the email.

Does anyone know if this is possible and how?

This would be an interesting feature that I am sure would go down well.  Perhaps someone with access to Trac can add it, or expand on the suggestion for boonex's attention.
