Avatar, group photo, events photo, all the same.

Hello, has anyone encountered an issue in which if u upload a picture to your album, event, group, etc.....for some reason it keeps using the same picture that the admin first attempted to test on the 7.1 version? Here is the step, either photo album or any mod that a picture can be uploaded to, the script keeps on using same picture, & on some occasions it will place the same picture over another one.
