Avatar in 7.3.3

I've installed Boonex's Avatar but can seem to find it anywhere. Can someone tell me where to look and what it does?

In admin => advanced settings = profiles

You must check Avatar for "Member thumb" and "Member thumb icon".

By default I think it is on "Photo Profiles".
