Avatar moderation

Is there any way to moderate the avatar picture that has been uploaded?

Also I would like to know if the default avatar pictures can be deleted, I didn't find a "settings" menu in that module.

Avatar is depend on profile moderation, if you disable autoapproval for profiles, then profile becomes inactive when avatar is uploaded, and admin need to check this profile and enable it.
