Backgrounds for different type of Users

HIYA GUYS =D ^^

I was wondering

Example..

I got some MemberShip Levels.....

"Owner"

"Promotion"

and "Standard"

Example, I want, the Promotion to have its own background / Template, which NO1 can have.

The Same for the Owners [ with a different background / Template]

The the Stanard Users have custoimse their profile as they want ^^.
