Bad Invitations, No Mass Mailing, and...

I am running Dolphin on a Godaddy shared server.  I got it running ok, but I can not get it to send invitations.  I also can not get it to send mass mailings at all.  The test message is still in queue.  Here is the error message I was getting:

What can I do to fix both of these problems?

I am having this problem too. I can send individual emails and users can email one another but the Mass Mail stays in the queue. Does anyone have a solution?

Use a email address from your own domain name, not from another domain like this xxx@yahoo.com

hope it helps you...
