Banned IP Addresses

It seems whenever someone create a new profile on my website it bans the IP Address. How does this happen? How do I fix this?

what is banning the IP, the server or the script? not clear on your inquiry here?

In your ANTISPAM TOOLS make sure you did not enable zomgbl.spameatingmonkey.net. as it is for testing only and will ban every IP#.

Additionally under Advanced Settings > Security set  IP List Type to 1 - all allowed except listed.
