I have a handful of mods in chat on one of my sites.
One of them has blocked/banned someone from using chat and I now want to unblock/unban that user.
When the user logs on, and goes to chat, they just get a message saying 'contact administrator'
I cannot find any option to unban a member...
Anyone know where to do this???
