Banner Manager Script code placement

Hi folks

I have this banner code that I want to place in a HTML Block but it does not work.

Is there a solution for this or will this type of code just not work in a block?

Anchor tags dont't work the way you have it.  Instead, put in a div tag

<div class="ubm-banner" data-id="1"></div>
