Banner not showing on my site

ok, one probably needs a university degree to get the banner working 

Take a look at my settings :

This shows as a broken image link on my site, however when I insert the link to my banner in my browser it shows the picture.

What am I doing wrong ?

Very strange ...

I went into the database and removed the clicks on that banner.

After that, the banner shows on my site.

???

Anyway, problem solved
