Banner tool showing incorrect clicks (and possibly impressions)

We were testing something with banners after noticing that the banner tool's counts for clicks and impressions looks odd. So we had members clicking the banners that are showing 0 (zero) clicks. Then we reload and it still shows no clicks.

So evidently the calculations that are going on (it does show numbers for most of the banners) aren't trustworthy. I'm using these numbers to pimp out advertising - I want them to be accurate. (or at least if they're inaccurate, I want them to err on the too-high side instead of the too-low side) Is a fix to get an accurate click & impression number?

Can someone else please check the clicks/impressions on your sites - I need to know if this is just our site or a universal bug. Thanks!

In case anyone else encounters this issue, I found the prob. It was totes an entry issue: I included the code in some of the banners in the text field instead of putting the url in the url box which led to those banners not counting clicks. My bad!

I'm having the same issue, so you put the code in the text field and then you put the url to the site you want the code to point to? I don't understand why you would have to put the url to the site you want to point to when that info is in the code you put in the text box. Did I just confuse myself.

You don't have to put it in the URL box as well to have the banners function, but you do have to put the URL in the URL box in order for the impression/click calculator to track that info.
