Banning words like "contact me at yahoo"

First, if you want to attack me or my site, please just bypass this topic.

That being said, is there anyway to prevent such words as when a user says "contact me on facebook"  or "email me at yahoo".  I really work hard to drive the users to my site and hate that all they have to do is say "contact me on yahoo messenger" and then they are gone.

I don't think that there is a bad words filter integrated into D7. There was a third party mod for D6, maybe they have updated it for D7?
