If you absolutely MUST keep the post and edit the title - the only option is to get your hands dirty and edit it directly in the database.

Obviously not something you would want to do very often, but for a once off might help you out.

Absolutely shocking. That is the most basic of moderation elements. I try to run a no-swearing unless you have to rule on my forum and swearing in the subject titles is not really cool.
