Depends on you.  How big is your site?  What is the site going to do?  How much knowledge do you have (ie will you need hand holding or can you do most things yourself?)  This is an opinion question and your not going to get a unanimous agreement from everyone here on it.

For example, you can go with Prozac... I mean prolaznic... Dozedawg, I mean Dosdawg over at Terabtye... GSpot.. I mean Go Daddy... Huffy for web AKA Host For Web and so many others...
