Big Problem please help!

Hello guys I got very big problem that I don't know what to do.

I tasting Boonex Dolphin 7.0.7 and 7.0.8 for a wile now but today when I have finished edited my site i open for my friends around 1-7 to view site.

What happened is that when people view the site my went up so high 

CPU Usage  30/100% to 60/100%

Entry Processes 20/30 to 28/30

then my site went down got the 500 error 

I don't know what to do, what kind of code I put it in wrong?

when people click on pages it went up very high.

before just people view the page 

CPU Usage  3/100% to 40/100%

Entry Processes 3/30 to 20/30

but I don't really know what to do to low the cpu and processes usage.

because I need the jwplayer.

could you tell me what is the Junk mean? 

I think everything looking clean is it the jw player?
